Nothing better than cooking with beer, especially good beer. Rich dark stout is one of my favorites. In honor of St. Patrick’s Day I have for you a great recipe for Guinness Cups Cakes to have with your Irish Coffee for dessert. Guinness is the perfect beer for desserts because of its distinct chocolate and coffee Flavors. These cupcakes are light in texture, but heavy in the chocolate department. The white cream cheese icing reminds me of the creamy white head that Guinness is famous for. Stray away from the green beer and go to the original Irish beer of Guinness for St. Patrick’s Day.
