Blue Pot delivers throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. Please provide a minimum 30-minute window for delivery when you place your order. Your order will delivered up to – but no more than – 45 minutes prior to party start time.

Delivery charge is based on distance from our kitchen. There is an additional fee for equipment pick-up following events.

All delivery items are delivered ready-to-serve on beautiful basket trays. Ceramic platters are available for an additional charge.

High quality disposable paper plates, utensils, serving pieces and paper napkins are included in your order. Plastic plates are available for an additional $1/per person. Further, ceramic platters are also available at an additional charge.

Hot menu items will require chafing dish. Chrome chafing dishes and disposable wire chafing dishes are available. Please inquire for further details/pricing.

Because our food is made fresh from scratch just for you, we accept cancellations in writing or via email 48 hours prior to delivery. All orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, including cancellations due to weather, will be charged in full.

Full service events and receptions must be cancelled at least 96 hours in advance.
