While working in some of Kansas City’s finest kitchens, Chef Mark dreamed of starting his own company to provide more than the standard “cubed cheese” platter.  He knew he could create memorable, delicious made-from-scratch food that would elevate the guest experience. In 2006, Mark started Blue Pot to do what he loves: make great food that makes you look great.
